kodi 16 jarvis playback screen size stuck at 4.3 on the left on Windows PC

I am using kodi 16 jarvis on a Windows PC

When using kodi and watching playback on a 4.3 size monitor kodi is working OK
But i have a 16.9 dual monitor set up. And when i drag the window over to the 16.9 monitor using playback the picture stays on the left side in 4.3 screen size

This only happens on playback and NOT when in the kodi home screen etc. I have the picture Display set as stretch 18.9

Can any one help me.

I have no idea about this. I think you will have better luck getting help in the general kodi forum (http://forum.kodi.tv/forumdisplay.php?fid=59) this sub forum is about pvr support for the wmc backend.
