I worked for AT&T and uverse uses KODI/XMBC software.
Within the the GUI there are on-demand help videos embedded in the product.
A Help button that grabs the video would be great.

Also, not sure how this could be done.

Create a chat/virtual world. Basically a model that users can find generic information about the event ex.

Chat world by event

Anyway, at least the help videos embedded in the product.
