I mean... WOW!

The fan is stuck at 2%, the temperature remains well below 60°... this is so awesome that for a while I'll forget I can't watch HD stuff on XBMC (ultrabrutal, I know about 720p OAR content, ).

Yes this feature is truely amazing! I guess with all the XBMC users around the world we must have been able to shutdown at least one powerplant and stop a load of CO2 being spilled

iirc the actual xbox has setting 0-50 hence the fact its +/- 2%

You want it to consume power? Unusual but i would suggest setting you fan to 100% running in 1080i and slapping on an episode of BBC Planet Earth @ 1080i

Most devs will advise default settings as they tend to be optimal so leave everything as is if your unsure.
