After upgrading to Kodi 16 "Jarvis" all of the audio visualizers disappeared, the solutions described in this other thread did not fix the issue "/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/addons" doesn't exist on my system.

Similarly the packages were also not helpful, this only installed the waveform visualizer.

I manually added the apt repos that contained the projectm visualizer but now only get:
"E: Package 'kodi-visualization-projectm' has no installation candidate"


I'm running on stock Ubuntu 15.10 64-bit, not exactly an odd platform, any ideas on a fix?

Spot the missing Wily. Not sure why, but your error message is entirely accurate - there is indeed no installation candidate - only Vivid and Trusty.
