Hi folks,

I know this is Off-Topic, but I can't post a thread in there. That's the second permission I don't have and I'm wondering.
The first is, I don't have the permission to send a private message. Is this normal because I don't have as many post as I need for this action or whats wrong? I searched for Forum-Rules, a Guideline or something else, but I can't find anything. Thats why I post it here...

The PM one is normal. You need at least 10 posts, plus your account to be established for a suitable period of time before that priv is enabled. It's an anti spam measure.
