Music Fanart Issues in Kodi / Windows
#1
Hi All

Hoping someone can assist. I've always used Kodi for films and many moons ago had it all set up for my music. At some stage it all went a bit pear shaped and I lost a lot of the fan art. I never bothered sorting it but now it's something I would like to put right:

I've had a good play with Picard MusicBrainz to sort out a lot of the metadata so that should all be correct now. However when I scan my music using the universal scraper and I'm not getting any fan art or thumbnails. I've tried switching scrapers and trying again but still nothing.

I noticed that I do have extrafanart sub folders in a lot of my artist folders, would this be causing a problem?

No, you are supposed to have extrafanart sub-folders. Which skin are you using ?

I'm using Aeon Nox at the moment.

The scrapper MediaElch (http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=136333) can add Fanart and thumbnails to your Music collection. Also, there is the cdArt Manager NG (http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=256958) that can go through your collection, and add these as well. Give them a try.

You will need to go into the skin settings and set the path of your Music library so that Nox knows where to look for all the art.
