Hello,

WARNING : I am sorry to say, a complete newbie and please pardon my extreme ignorance.

I am ( i think ) using your latest Kodi .

Kodi starts fine i have loaded my films into it , awesome !

The main problem comes when i select TV and Kodi starts to load in the channels.

Just when you think the loading has finished , Kodi starts to load in - again , those same channels. This process goes on and on, a loop.

Unable to use Kodi at this point because the cpu is at 100% .

Something is not right and i am thinking this must be a bug ( more my ignorance , i would think ) . I thought more people were having the same issue as me but this forum is overwhelming to me ( so much information , sub forums - lost just a little ).

So please if you can help me , i would very much appreciate it.

Note : using Trusty Tahr 14.04 ( Ubuntu xfce )

I suppose the burning question here is where those TV channels are coming from as a starting point. Do you have a separate PVR backend installed (e.g. tvheadend, MythTV, WMC)? If not, are you using some kind of addon to get at them?

... and, if the latter, be certain that you're dealing with an addon that's allowed on this forum, as many are not permitted for legal reasons. Banned_add-ons (wiki)
