Hi, is here anybody who has the Zotac CI323 nano with N3150 cpu?
I have an issue that when I play a video (e.g. on youtube) in a browser (html5 not flash) with the full screen mode it is unwatchable because the stuttering is huge. I have the PC connected to the 4k TV and the resolution is set to 4k also in the PC and the video itself is 1080p (not 4k).
When I play a movie which is 1080p mkv ~7Gb big in fullscreen it's much better but sometimes I also see a gentle stuttering. Is here somebody that has the same PC and try if it is the same case for you? I just want to know if the HW is not powerful enough or there is a sw problem or the hw is defective.
I tried Win 10, Win 8 and Linux MInt installed on USB, I tried chrome, ff and edge and for the video files I tried XMBC, VLC, MPC-HC and windows media player, everywhere the same issue.
