Hi

How to use Kodi as a Notice board (message board) to display video/photos and message on the screen similar to Notice board .

Please let me know any addons already exist to fullfull the above requirement or we need create a new.

The addon should have API (similar to rest api) so the back ground service or extenal script can post live stream/message using this APIs
