Solved ISO files do not run
#1
I have installed Kodi on a Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. Hardware is NUC with i3 (gen6).
When I try to play a ISO image video file, it will not run. Any suggestions?

I have installed ubuntu-restriced-extras and libdvd-pkg, but the problem with ISO files remains. When i try to start a ISO file I get "Working" down in right corner and Kodi is unresponsive. This file works fine on my Raspberry PI2 with Openelec.

Could you try to install a supported kodi revision? This 15.2 dfsg is a debian patched kodi release, we don't know what it contains.

Yeah - ppa build of the stable version failed. Can you use the nightly ppa for testing?
