I upgraded from 16.0 to 16.1 and now when it starts, I have the background image, but no menu bar at all. I am running on Windows 10. I had been using Plex media server with Confluence prior to upgrading.
I have tried reinstalling 16.1. I've tried deleting the c:\program files (x86)\kodi\addon\skin.confluence directory. I even tried installing 16.0 again, and every time Kodi starts up, but I have no menu bar.
I do see an error flash by about unable to start the web server. Also, if I hit Esc, I get a black screen that if I move the mouse over it, I see the Kodi Jarvis logo, but still no menu bar and my mouse leaves mouse trails on the screen, like its not updating.
How do I get my menus back again?
