I have a windows 10 computers with kodi and all my movies. This seems to be working fine with the movie thumbnails. I have a fire tv and a fire stick with kodi 16.1 on them. I have connected to my windows machine via upnp or smb to add the videos to the fire tv and stick. Neither the fire tv or stick will download any thumbnails nor gives me the context menu. Is it possible to get thumbnails or remote artwork?
I am having an issue with the devices and smb. SMB works fine with another pc connecting to my windows 10 kodi with all my movies but the fire tv and fire stick cannot connect. Does using a live account such as [email protected] present issues?
