Hello I am a long term reader but first time poster. I bought one of these to install Kodi on to and use as my media player : http://www.rikomagic.com/en/product/show...id_25.html
The problem I am having is that anything that is network related takes ages to do on Kodi or simply does not work. I have all my movies on a WD Cloud which works fine. But I want to experiment by installing the Aeon Nox skin or Mimic skin. I have tried to install these from the Kodi Addon repository and it takes almost 10 minutes to download the skin and then when it says installing from repository it hangs and does nothing.
My internet speed it normally about 10mb/s and I would have thought that would be fast enough. I have tried using ethernet and WiFi and result is the same both times.
Can anyone please advise what the problem might be?
