Hello ,

I have a problem with the video's i play on kodi . The colors are really strange .
Its like pink , green , purple have the upperhand , and this in sd and hd videos .

Before i had 720 tv and it was connected with a vga cable .
But now since yesterday i have finally a full hd screen connected with hdmi .

Games , video youtube or the colors in windows are normal Its only in Xbmc .

What could be the problem ?

Try to disable DXVA2 acceleration in Kodi Video Settings, and change to software rendering, see if that does anything.

go to settings>videos>toggle the 'expert settings', acceleration should be a menu option at that point.

I already tried this. And didn't work. What i didn't do is reboot xbmc . Will try it later again when i am back home.


Oh and my gpu is 750 gtx ti oc.

Check your cable connections carefully, but this complaint is usually associate with gfx drivers and dx11, try post a proper debug log with a public pastebin http://xbmclogs.com/ and link that with this thread. Log file/Advanced (wiki) sometimes limited Color-Space will do the trick settings> system> video output (expert mode). But in general this smacks of a driver issue. Settings/System (wiki)
