Hi All,

I have been using Jarvis for a while now on my macbookpro with no issues. Now I get only a blackscreen after the splash image. I still have the cursor and sounds in the background (sounds of me moving through the interface). I uninstalled the kodi application and did a completely fresh install (downloaded official .dmg from this website)......still no joy! Same problem. What am I missing here?? Even after a complete reinstall I still have the same problem. No logs available I am afraid due to the fresh install. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Just a guess- you need to delete

~/Library/Application Support/Kodi

This will give you a clean install. The user library is hidden but if you hold the option key it should appear as one of the options in the "Go" menu.
