Log file is spammed with similar entries, PVR still works fine so i'm not sure what it is

Log file needs to be on a paste site - pastebin.com or similar, rather than a download.

Then you have a problem, but not a major one.
Use a site with bigger allowances (no idea), or post it in chunks?

How big is it?
Edit: your mega link is 100kb - pastebin should be fine with that...
Edit2: should've gone to specsavers, it's 1000kb. Doh.
Just google 'pastebin size limit' and you'll see a bunch of alternatives.

Just an update to this, installed 20160925-efaa173-master and the errors went away i think it's due to this PR https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/10551
