v13 Importing quits during TV show scrape
#1
Hi all,

First.. yes.. I know my versions of Kodi and Ubuntu are old. Upgrading is in my near future as I'm planning on replacing the current hardware. However, in the meantime this has been working pretty solid for me.

So I noticed last night that TV shows were not importing. The progress bar sits at 0% a while before acting like it finished.

1) I rebooted the machine, and then my Movies and TV folders were not attached and showing as an empty library and nothing would import.
2) I then shutdown the machine and booted. At this point everything was reattached and imported new items correctly.
3) Attempted a manual library update and again TV shows would not import.

I can keep repeating steps 1-3 all day with the same results.

Where's your media stored? And the MySQL database? Without delving into the log, it sounds (on the surface) like one or other of those is perhaps slow to respond or inaccessible, e.g. if they're on a NAS that's going to sleep?

All the media is store on an unRAID server that never sleeps (although the discs spin down after 30 minutes). The directory contents are cached in RAM. The MySQL database is running on the HTPC itself.

If I cold boot, the import works fine. I can then immediately check for updates and it will import Movies fine, but fail on TV.
