does anyone use it Smarty LCD to display information on LCD backlight screen? http://lcdsmartie.sourceforge.net
I downloaded this app and appears to be a Virus. scanned with several online scanners and turned back positive.

ideally, I would have asked for support via their site, but appears to be abandoned and no way to contact the Author.. so i'm curious if anyone else had similar problems with the Smartie LCD or perhaps have the app they can share that doesn't have any viruses.

Have a look at LCDProc.

should of mentioned it, but LCDProc was my first choice, it's for unix only last I remember. unfortunately, currently running windows.
