Since there is currently no repeat button on the bottom toolbar in the Estuary skin how do you repeat a playing video?

Exit from the playing video so that it is playing in background. Hit the left key and select go to playlist. Select repeat function.

the action menu which normally contains the playlist / repeat button is not there anymore... at least I can't find it either in the estuary skin. had to install a different skin.
