I am using kodi-16.1-Jarvis with Titan skin 3.6.78 on 64 bit Windows 10 Home, Intel NUC i3.
The issue is that no thumbails are displayed in any list view of local video files (no scrapper used).
However, thumbnails are displayed in Confluence skin.
Please help?
