Unable to uninstall Apps on Kodi 16.1

Hi.
When try to uninstall an app the uninstall link is on grey and not available or on white to able to click. When I do update the app the uninstall turns white and it allows me to uninstall successfully but when I go back to Video Apps the deleted apps appears back again on the list. Any idea of why it won't delet? Should I delete the repository where the app comes from all together? Kodi16.1 on Android Box...Thanks...

By "app" do you mean addon? If so, which one?

@shajeer I have already told you that you need to start your own thread, and to look at the wiki instructions on building an addon.
