When flicking around during video playback the Audio sometimes slows and lags behind, I'm still running openelec with Kodi 15, is this fixed now ?

openELEC is almost a year without an update. Switch to LibreELEC. I have no issues.
Sorry looks like they have in the past week or so started rolling out updates again.
