I have Kodi set up on my PC and my Fire TV. I have been playing with the Titan skin on the PC and have it configured just the way I wanted it. I did a backup and then used that backup on the Fire TV. Everything is good except on the Windows machine under background settings>global background I have it set to Global media fanart background.

I do not have that option on the FireTV. Is there an addon I am missing to enable this or a setting I missed?

Did you scrape your media into the Kodi library ?
If so, after a little while the global background options will show up

I don't have any local content since it is on a FireTV. Everything is streamed.
