I use KODI 17 on Android 6, please I would like to know how to configure automatic update lock to a new kodi version. The reason is that automatic update from version "16 Jarvis" to "17 Kripton" made all my application non working. I had to configure all over again. Thank you and regards.

The setting is in the Google Play Store, not in Kodi. You need to change it there.
Kodi itself won't automatically update on its own, especially between major versions (v16 to v17 etc)

The setting in Google Play allow me to automatically update or not all applications togheter but I can't apparently choise to handle just one (KODI).

You can disable updates for a specific app on android , look into the three dots menu from the app page on playstore
