Hi! Works great on 17.1 Krypton. Thanks a lot for your work.
Just one quickie - how can I change resolution to 720p?

I tried to watch the live Superstage WRC Argentina, it did not work. Tour de Corse - the same. All WRC replays work without a problem. Thank you.

Running Kodi 16.1 Git:c327c53 - LibreElec (official) 7.0.3 RPi2.arm

Failing to install the plugin

wget https://github.com/nedge2k/kodi.plugin.v...-0.0.5.zip

Navigate to Add-Ons and install from zip, but get the following debug error:

Any ideas?

Same with another machine I have. Playback is good, and then buffers after a few seconds/minutes. Whereas the Redbull TV browser-based site streams consistently.

I'm not getting notification when people post in the thread so apologies for delayed replies.

n1md4 - honestly not sure, what's your bandwidth like? The browser probably auto selects the resolution based on bandwidth. This grabs a playlist with multiple streams - i don't know if kodi selects between them based on bandwidth?

Marszczak - should be doable, i'll look into it at some point

vma_14 - when you want to watch a rally that's ongoing, you have to select "schedule" and view the days roundups from there. sometimes they will be listed but will not have a video yet. unfortunately, that's just the way the appletv feed is. you won't know if a video is there or not unless you click on it.

Martijn - thanks, will do at some point but i'd rather keep mine separate as it works quite differently due to the different source api that's actually more like a web page than an API.

Quick note for myself (i'll prolly forget when I get round to looking at this) and anyone else interested...

The AppleTV XML feeds use m3u8 "variant" playlists which point to HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) content - this results in lots of short little video chunks. Streaming and buffering etc. is handled by FFMpeg - older versions of which cannot do HLS over HTTPS - hence why Kodi 15+.

Not quite sure how to allow resolution changing in the "proper" way but the m3u8 urls contain the resolution so there's always the option of just string replacing in the URL to get the desired resolution.

I have FTTC in excess of 30Mb/s - good news, since posting this, my feeds have been excellent! Big Grin Thanks for a great plugin.

I had some issues with this Plugin at the weekend whilst trying to watch the UCI Downhill world cup finals Live

Whilst I was able to watch the stream from the Red Bull TV website from my phone attempting to watch this via this plugin leads to a nice animated redbull TV logo that whooshes about like a loading screen but the feed never loads long after the stream has started.

The log file contained the following:
15:02:07.487 T:140039857117568 NOTICE: VideoPlayer: Opening: https://liveredbulltv02-i.akamaihd.net/h...aster.m3u8

I think that is the same problem as I reported with live WRC stream.

I've watched the UCI races, but not Live, is it the Live component that's not playing nice here?

There is no problem to watch WRC recorded sessions - Day 1, Day 2..., there is only problem to watch a live stage.
