What do you do when you try to open Kodi for the first time and macOS comes back with "Kodi is damaged and cannot be opened. You should move it to the Trash."?

Probably a corrupted database, can you get us a http://kodi.wiki/view/log_file ? See chapter 3 if Kodi wont run at all. Poste the link from pastbin here in the forum

Here you go. And if you see there is no Audio output I use USB headphones or BT remote speakers(which work fine on my Mac.)

The log is not complete, But nothing here points to a broken database. Argus tv is creating errors together with the audio device you mentioned

1. You already ran this command on terminal ? If not try this one first

sudo spctl --master-disable

2. As an option open if point one doesnt solve it enter terminal.app and enter

spctl --add --label "Kodi" /Applications/Kodi.app

I had this same issue. Try opening up from inside applications but holding control down when u click Kodi. Make sure in privacy you have selected anywhere for installed apps. Good luck,

Open a terminal and enter
sudo spctl --master-disable

And look again at privacy settings
