could you show me the way how this bar hidden to pause the video.

You go at settings, skin settings, playback & osd.
From there you can change it to slim style, change the time (seconds) that the osd bar (popup) run the first time or at the pause screen etc.
If you want to remove it at your mouse movement and only show when you press click it's a manual way not from the kodi menu, you need to edit the mouse.xml from your userdata/keymaps file and change the "mousemove" command as "noop" at "FullscreenVideo" tab.
