Linux bluetooth

I have a iPazzPort Wireless Mini Keyboard and it was simple to enable bluetooth on KodiUbuntu. I re-imaged my NUC to Ubuntu 16.04 and Kodi 16. I wanted to enable my keypad. But, I have spent hours chasing dead links, deprecated repositories, and useless instructions trying to enable bluetooth and my level of frustration is past the hair pulling level. OPENELEC seems to be a dead end? I cannot find anything in the Kodi wiki or forums of any relevance. Can someone point me in the right direction for getting bluetooth support in Kodi?

You have to install the bluez package from the Ubuntu repository and pair your keyboard.

Thank you. Turns out this was installed and after messing around with it for awhile trying to get to work, discovered it is actually an RF device. Which I have working now. :O
