Fresh install of Windows 10 X64 and Kodi 17.1 (installer, not store app). On launching Kodi, almost immediately crashes "Kodi Has Stopped Working"

Done the usual:
a) Ensure all drivers up to date
b) Deleted the addons27.db
c) Deleted the profile completely
d) Uninstalled Kodi and reinstalled

I have created the advancesettings.xml and uploaded the log: https://pastebin.com/ryYnmYtm

Anyone have any ideas - any help would be much appreciated!

have u tried disabling the more advanced 2nd video card? does Kodi run then?

There's a problem with your advancedsettings.xml file:

09:20:08.433 T:9996 NOTICE: No settings file to load (special://masterprofile/advancedsettings.xml)

Check:
1. Location. It should be in your userdata folder.
2. If not that...Check file properties - make sure you've not made advancedsettings.xml.txt, it's easily done.
3. If not that...paste the contents of your advancedsettings.xml here.

If your advancedsettings.xml is correct that line I quoted won't be present in the log - you'll see the contents of your advancedsettings.xml file in the log instead, and after that a ton of lines starting with 'DEBUG'.
