Can the timestamps in kodi.log be set to record date as well as time?

Currently the log file has entries like this:

04:03:09.753 T:1945682592 NOTICE: Starting Kodi (17.1 Git:20170401-7804a92-dirty). Platform: Linux ARM 32-bit

Is it possible to include the date on this line, e.g. change the "04:03:09.753" into "Wed Apr 26 2017 04:03:09.753" (or something similar)?

Your system marks the 'log.xml' with a time stamp that might be useful.
