Hello.
In Video section, there is

• Movies
  
• TV show
  
• In progress TV shows
  
• Recently added movies
  
• Files
  
• Video add-ons
  

I would like to have only "Files" in here and ideally when I will go to the video section, I will go directly to Files. Could you help me how to remove that unnecessary items?

ps. I love KODI but I like my own sorting, so thats why I don't need/want that menu items.

Just don't use the library function. If Kodi shows Movies and TV Shows, the files has been scanned. if you do not set the content for the source, it will not scrape and it will not create does sub menu's to start with. It will just open the file view

You can edit the nodes to only show files entry.

BigNoid, you saved my day. My whole year! Thank you very much. It was trivial with Library node editor. Now I have only "Sources".

But, don't you also know, how to go directly to the sources? To be clear, Now I have to click to Video, then click Sources and after that I can see my videos/folders. Is there a way how to click to the Video and see my directly videos/folders?

I know that another skin has this "feature" (maybe Transparency!) but I don't know, how to replicate this behavior.
