I am running 17.1 and seeing a few videos stutter. It is also common to see the percentage loaded thingy come up when starting to play a video. The sound is not affected.
All the videos being played are loaded on the hard disk of the computer and are nearly all mkv or mp4 format, there are one or two webm format.
The following configurations have or do work well at present without the same issues being seen.
* Same computer running Kodi 16 on Ubuntu 16.04
* A different computer running Kodi 17.1 on Ubuntu 16.04
Are there steps I can take to try to work what is happening in the computer.
