There is this free Radio station site on the web it is called internet-radio.>>>you know the rest. I want to add this into KODI, how would I go about doing so. It has over 35,000 stations

Look in the music section of the repo - there are already a number of internet radio add-ons which may cover some of the stations.

I created an add-on for this site some time ago. It is available from my repo.
