So, here in NZ we just switched to DST.
This takes us from UTC +12:00 to UTC +13:00.
If I have Windows 10 set to "Set time automatically" and "Set time zone automatically", then my time is correct.
As below:
But, in KODI - all my EPG data is out by 1 hour.
All EPG times are in UTC time (start="20170925060000 +0000") which should be 7pm Auckland time (+13 hours).
However, KODI is only doing +12 hours.
I also tried unsetting time zone automatically, and manually setting to Auckland with Adjust for daylight set.
If in Windows, I change it to manual and change my time-zone to +13:00, then my time is still correct.
As below:
And, KODI is now also correct.
I have tested in Linux / Android and it works fine.
Does KODI on Windows ignore DST maybe?
Or is Windows doing something silly?
