Sending Json Commands on Play/Pause

Hi there,
is there a possibility to let Kodi send Json Commands on Certain Actions.
For Example I qnat all my lights turned off on play and some lights urned on on pause/stop.

I did nocht find anything about sending commands with the engine.
Can anyone help me?

Kodi supports JSON-RPC Notifications, something like EventGhost (with XBMC2 plugin) or a Python script within Kodi can react to those and do whatever you want.
