[Tarkus_NJ]

I understand that the JSON-RPC API is assessable on port 9090. I am having a connectivity issue with 9090 on my Nvidia Shield. I have allowed external access, with no user name or password and I  able to access the web interface on port 8080. Any Ideas why the port is not available or perhaps blocked?
