I purchased an X96 Max from Amazon for a good price and the specs looked great but when I got it I realized it already had Kodi installed on it with a different logo and when I opened it I found out it was set up with a bunch of add ons that looked suspicious.When I tried to install Hulu and update Netflix I found out the device was rooted and running a rom that resembled Android TV. I immediately contacted Amazon and explained the situation and I am sending it back and getting a refund. It just knocks me over that a company like Amazon would sell something like this especially without checking it out first. Sorry if I put this in the wrong place I just wanted to warn people that shop there.
