Just tested version 3.1.3 and tried the following with one new tv series and one old one that had the ID error: 

- First scan new tv serie with TVDB (everything selected except rating).
- Second scan new tv serie with IMDB (only rating selected)
- Add one more episode to the just added tv serie
- Scan with TVDB

It's working! No ID errors.
