for anyone requiring a cheap router supporting smb2

Hi,
sorry if this is the wrong forum, but for me it's xbox related - feel free to move it.
I have been using a hootoo tripmate witha usb drive on my network to store my movie libray.

However after purchacing an xbox one, i was disappointed to find smb1 no longer supported.
By chance I have found the TP-Link TD-W9970 N300 Wi-Fi VDSL/ADSL Modem Router seems to support smb2 as well as ftp and upnp (and many other NAS type features)

it's only £34 at ARG*S (572/8882) in the uk. It seems to work well on my xbox.

hope this is useful to others in the same boat..

It would be better in the hardware section - let's put it there instead.

But honestly any modern router can do this, albeit perhaps not quite as cheaply.
