I installed the newest version of Raspberry OS (buster), and Kodi doesn't work anymore Sad

It just writes some crash log in the home folder: https://paste.kodi.tv/ibutogalax.kodi

Does anyone know how to fix that?

Which RPI device are you referring to? I have 'Buster' running Kodi here on a RPI4 and it works as advertised.

And technically... Raspberry Pi OS and their build of Kodi both do not come from Team Kodi, but from the Raspberry Pi people.
So perhaps you can also put in a post on their forum? Perhaps a clean re-installation of Buster and Kodi will work wonders. Or try a different SD card.
