Estuary the new Seekbar (which is at the top) only appears when seeking actions are taking place including Pause during normal fullscreen video playback. When Paused (using remote Pause button and the p/spacer keyboard key) the Seekbar will automatically disappear after 5 sec. The seekbar is never present when the Info or Menu OSD is present as those are unchanged, as those already had the progress bar, playback state, and timing info etc. However if you use the Menu OSD to pause, then no the Menu OSD won't disappear, but if you manually dismiss Menu OSD then Seekbar appears then after 5s it will disappear.
When in Paused nothing has changed with regards resuming, simply press Play button/key.
