I just tried upgrading to the new Matrix version 19 and wish i hadn't!

I keep getting a message saying "add on migration in progress  - please wait". I uninstalled the older version and reinstalled the new one, and restarted my computer and nothing helps. I also deleted all the addons in the kodi file folder in windows. Can someone advise?

Provide a Debug Log which captures the problem and we should be able to see what is causing the problem.
