ECS LIVA Mini Box QC710 Desktop has been announced as the official Qualcomm Snapdragon Developer Kit for native Windows on 64-bit ARM.

This ARM64 DevKit is a collaboration between Qualcomm and Microsoft so developers can port and test their applications natively with Microsoft Windows 10 or Windows 11 on 64-bit ARM hardware.

Sold for $219 however note: "$197.10 Special pricing for eligible students, parents, teachers and military. May not be combinable with other offers."
Gary Explains has posted a great video about why Microsoft and Qualcomm released this and why developers would want this as an HW testbed platform.
It comes pre-installed with MS Windows 10 OS for 64-bit ARM out-of-the-box and is eligible for a free upgrade to Windows 11.
