Can anyone help me with this? I added a new folder for kids movies (so I can allow access to these in their profile). On the main (my) profile I include this and normal movies as sources for movies. But I missed a checkbox that I'm sure was never checked before - so now it's imported thousands of keywords as tags, rendering my own tagging system useless. I can't see a way to mass delete tags (please tell me if I have that wrong) so the only option seems to remove the kids moviw folder as a source. I've gone to Video/Files/ then long clicked on the folder - but there's no option to remove source. Any ideas? Seems so odd there isn't an option to tackle this or the tags....

When I go to settings, media settings, videos, and long press my movies folder, I get the option to remove source.

Thanks filmbuff. I don't have a settings /media settings section within kodi in my shield. I can move to video/files, then navigate to the folder ("movies kids"). A long press on there brings up lots of options - but not remove source. I previously used kodi on windws and pretty sure it did include the option. Please let me know if I'm missing something though, not sure if you mean going into the system menu to do something via there/

Doing that on my system brings up the submenu, and in that there is "remove source". Could it have anything to do with enabling "allow file renaming and deletion" in the kodi settings?

I am running Kodi on my Nvidia Shield. I added my Windows E drive as a source a while ago and want to now remove it. I long press to get the menu but removing the E drive is not an option - does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks filmbuff. Enabling the delete option now adds delete to the long-press menu. Which obviously isn’t what I want to do. But there’s no option to remove as source. If I navigate to the folder (via videos/files) and then long-press - all I see are the options below:
Mark as watched
Mark as unwatched
Add to favour items
Play
Queue item
Play next
Change content
Scan for new content
Scan to library
Any ideas appreciated - maybe this is a skin setting? I only want to remove the library in the first place to get rid of millions of tags I accidentally imported - aarrgghh!!!

On Shield Pro 9.0.1 with Kodi 19.3
Amber skin.
Settings -> media settings -> library -> videos -> brings up your added file locations, mine is called "movies" -> long press -> brings up menu with the following: add to favourites, play, edit source, remove source, choose thumbnail, change content, scan for new content.
Estuary skin.

Plan B, if the above does not work: change content -> this directory contains -> none -> ok -> menu opens where you can remove all items within the path from your library.

Hey - thanks for all the help. Not sure why it's missing as an option in my skin (Aeon silvo nox) or maybe it's the way i've added my HDD. Last night i went through file by file removing - hadn't thought i could change content and set to none, i'll remember that for the future! Thanks again
