How do I disable fullscreen widget in widgets? I've been searching for quite a while now but can't seem to find that option.

You need to change your home menu style.

Skin Settings > Home Menu Style > Modern Multi Widgets (for multiple widgets on one screen).

I’d bet you have it on Modern Multi-Widgets Netflix at the moment which leaves full screen as the only option.
