It still seems nobody notices the giant red text "Do not post logs ..." so I have a suggestion and feature request for it.
When the user is new (you should already have a flag on your side for this) use the html placeholder attribute for the input box to place that red text directly in the post text box.
I feel this would make it very difficult to ignore (albeit not impossible, these are just users afterall).

Should be supported by modern browsers, if the case it is not supported the existing text would remain under the box as it already does, only suggesting an addition for new users not an edit/change.
