Would it be possible to make a generic pvr backend addon to use with pvr simple with all legal iptv providers that allows live tv playback with login in Google chrome ? Was hoping to have https://tv.allente.se in Kodi pvr

Assuming it is even possible (it is geo-blocked here) your best bet is to request an addon as phunkyfish noted.   You might also consider requesting it from streamlink too and that could feed other PVR's that accept source plugins like TVHeadend or NextPVR.
