has anyone loaded a version that allows 4k in KODI? if so what version and where to get it please

I bought, and ended up eBay-ing off a Dune Real Vision 4K Plus. Was hoping to replace my Zidoo Z9X, but Zidoo's ZDMC (Kodi fork) implementation is superior to using Kodi on Dune, whether using internal or external playback method. With internal, you don't get benefits like 3D, DV, etc. With external and using playercorefactory.xml, the behavior is inconsistent. Some videos work, others don't. I liked Dune for its snappy performance over Zidoo, and its Android TV option, but ultimately if you care about Kodi, it falls shorts IMHO.
