Hi.
I have a RPi that runs KODI, connected to my TV via HDMI.
When TV is in standby-mode  and I power TV on, RPi w KODI sends, via CEC, and take charge of TV, instead of last source used, Cable TV Box.
How, without disabling CEC, can I get RPi w KODI NOT to get TV attention?
Instead I want to manually select RPi w KODI HDMI input when I want. 
This will make Cable TV Box (as last used) default when I start TV....

Got to settings/system/input/peripherals/CEC adapter

You should play with those options.

The obvious one to disable is "Switch source to this device on startup".
Also perhaps, "Devices to power on during startup".

Although be aware the "active source" command that causes display to switch may also enable CEC control.
Without that enabled, you may need to manually enable CEC through TV menu more often
(although this behaviour tends to vary with displays).
