installed kodi on raspberry pi 4 rasbian bullseye.I added a ssecond skin and kodi loads and crashes immedialty.
Ive removed kodi with sudo apt-get purge kodi* , but its obviously still keeping some setting.  I reinstalled kodi and it still loads that skin and crashes immediatly.

heres a crashlog if anyone has advice on how to get me back to the beginning.

Numpy really doesn't work with sub interpreters (how Kodi uses python). Probably want to remove it from your python install and see if the crashes stop

Thanks for the reply.. Uhm numpy? You have mistaken me for someone that understands this stuff.

I installed kodi by googling how to install kodi.
I added a skin because it didn't really fit, some buttons were "off screen ". It immediately crashed. I googled remove kodi which should get rid of everything and have been looping ever since.

Short of wiping this pi, explain it like I'm 5, how do I get back to where I was before I installed the skin?

if 'installing this skin' causes 'kodi to crash' do not install 'this skin'


apt-get purge kodi* does not remove the kodi configuration

'sudo rm -rf ~/.kodi'
